TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR GUINEAN ORGANIZATIONS
The Niandan Impact Assistance Facility (NIAF) provides financial assistance and support to Guinean organizations actively working in their communities to deliver positive social impact.
Niandan Impact Assistance Facility
The Niandan Impact Assistance Facility (NIAF) seeks to foster and support sustainable development in Guinea through financial assistance and capacity-building initiatives aimed at organization, enterprises and events that deliverer positive social and economic impact. We believe in a prosper Guinea where communities, organizations, and enterprises have the resources and capabilities to drive inclusive and sustainable development.
Association des Jeunes Actifs pour le Développement (AJAD)
The NIAF approved a Technical Assistance grant to AJAD to finance the clean-up and collection of garbage in the Tombo Neighborhood, Kaloum district of Conakry. The event covered a distance of 17 km, involving 40 youth members from AJAD and 8 volunteer members from Niandan. In total, AJAD collected 720 kg of waste using more than 150 garbage bags.
Supported Projects
Le Centre Mère et Enfants
Le Centre Mère et Enfants aims to provide quality maternal and child care to residents. Since 1997, Professor Ibrahima Balde has been leading the center with 30 employees, offering healthcare services with fees determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure that even the most disadvantaged can access healthcare. The NIAF approved a grant to the Center in July, 2024 to distribute medical supplies and food kits to hospital patients and staff.
Journe Internationale Des Femmes
In March, 2024 the NIAF approved and coordinated a visibility and advocacy grant, providing financial and technical support to three Guinean ONGs to host an event for International Women’s Day. The event attracted more than 1,000 women from rural areas in Guinea to the capital, raising awareness for the challenges faced by Women across the country.

The Niandan Impact Assistance Facility is committed to fostering sustainable and inclusive development by providing flexible capital and technical coordination to Guinean ONGs and Enterprises. To achieve its objectives, the NIAF offers the following means of support:
Financial and Capacity-Building Support:
The NIAF provides financial assistance through grants, no-interest loans and tailored capacity building services to Guinean ONGs, and enterprises.
Visibility and Advocacy Initiatives:
The NIAF facilitates the financial and technical means to host events that raise awareness of impact projects and advocate for sustainable development policies.
Technical Assistance and Partnership Development.
The NIAF, through its Manager, Niandan, offers consulting services and facilitates partnership with local and international organizations to support development initiatives.
